SadiHost provides hosting resources according to the package purchased.
Hosting specifications, including storage, number of websites, RAM, bandwidth and other features, are subject to the package description applicable at the time of purchase.
Customers must not use hosting services for activities that violate these Terms, applicable Kenyan law, or the laws applicable to the location from which the service is being used.
SadiHost may monitor server performance and resource consumption to protect the stability, security and availability of its infrastructure.
4. Domain Registration
Domain registrations are subject to the rules and policies of the relevant domain registry.
Registration of a domain does not guarantee permanent ownership of the domain. Domains must be renewed before their expiry date to maintain registration.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registrant information.
- Keeping domain contact information current.
- Renewing domains before expiry.
- Complying with applicable domain registry requirements.
Some domain extensions may have additional eligibility, verification or registration requirements.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their domain expiry dates.
Where applicable, SadiHost may send renewal reminders to the customer's registered email address. Failure to receive a reminder does not remove the customer's responsibility to renew the domain.
An expired domain may become suspended, deactivated, transferred to a redemption period, deleted or made available for registration by another party depending on the applicable registry rules.
SadiHost cannot guarantee that an expired domain can be recovered.
6. Payments and Pricing
All service fees must be paid according to the applicable price displayed by SadiHost at the time of purchase.
Prices may change from time to time. Changes to prices will generally apply to new purchases and future renewals unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are completed correctly and on time.
Services may be suspended or terminated where payment remains outstanding.

- Is lawful.
- Does not infringe third-party rights.
- Does not contain malicious software.

10. Backups and Data Protection
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important websites, databases, emails and other data.
Where SadiHost provides backups as part of a particular service, those backups are intended as a recovery mechanism and should not be considered the customer's only copy of important data.
SadiHost will take reasonable measures to maintain service infrastructure, but cannot guarantee that every file or database can always be recovered following hardware failure, software failure, cyberattack, accidental deletion or other events.
Customers should maintain independent backups of critical information.
11. Server and Resource Usage
Shared hosting services operate within a shared infrastructure.
Customers must use server resources reasonably and in accordance with the purchased package.

Where possible, SadiHost may recommend upgrading to a higher package or VPS when a customer's requirements exceed the intended use of their current package.
12. Email Services
Customers using SadiHost email services are responsible for ensuring that their email accounts are not used for spam, fraud, phishing or other abusive activities.
Customers must protect their email passwords and devices from unauthorized access.
